Responsibilities
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงเอกสารขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน (Work Instruction) และมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐาน
- ดำเนินการทดสอบคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการ รวมถึงวัสดุประเภทสแตนเลสและเหล็ก
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคุณภาพและระบุสาเหตุของปัญหา เพื่อเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์คุณภาพประจำวันและประจำสัปดาห์
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมโลหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QA Engineer หรืองานควบคุมคุณภาพ 1-3 ปี
- ความเข้าใจในระบบการบริหารจัดการคุณภาพและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานเครื่องมือทดสอบในห้องปฏิบัติการ
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตชิ้นส่วนโลหะ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
