Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์กระบวนการผลิตเพื่อระบุจุดที่สามารถปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและลดของเสีย
- ออกแบบและปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการทำงาน รวมถึงผังการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผล
- ดำเนินกิจกรรม Kaizen และ 6ส เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ดีขึ้น
- ศึกษาและจัดทำ Line Balancing เพื่อเพิ่มกำลังการผลิตและลดคอขวด
- จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานและติดตามตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปีในสายงานวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมการผลิต หรือวิศวกรรมกระบวนการ
- ความเข้าใจในหลักการ Kaizen, 6ส และการทำ Line Balancing
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขอย่างเป็นระบบ
- ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้
- วันทำงานจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลาทำงาน 08:00 - 17:40 น. และเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ เวลาทำงาน 08:00 - 17:00 น.
