Responsibilities
- นำเสนอและให้คำปรึกษาด้านเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือโซลูชันแก่ลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้าและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสม
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคาและเอกสารทางเทคนิคประกอบการขาย
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า รวมถึงผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจ
- ประสานงานกับทีมภายใน เช่น ทีมบริการลูกค้าและทีมเทคนิค เพื่อสนับสนุนการขาย
- ติดตามและบรรลุเป้าหมายการขายที่กำหนดไว้
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Sales Engineer หรือ Technical Sales 3-5 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์หรืออุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นอย่างดี
- ทักษะการนำเสนอและการสื่อสารทางเทคนิคที่ชัดเจน
- ความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ทักษะการสร้างความสัมพันธ์และเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- หากมีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
