Responsibilities
- วางแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และการบำรุงรักษาตามกำหนดเวลา
- ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และหาสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับเครื่องจักร หรือระบบต่างๆ เพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขอย่างทันท่วงที
- ดำเนินการซ่อมแซมและเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนที่ชำรุด หรือเสื่อมสภาพ เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานเสมอ
- ป้องกันไม่ให้เครื่องจักรเกิดความเสียหายหรือหยุดชะงัก โดยการตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- ปควบคุมสต็อกอะไหล่ วางแผนการจัดซื้อ และจัดสรรงบประมาณที่ใช้ในงานซ่อมบำรุงให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด
- หาแนวทางในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงวิธีการปฏิบัติงานด้านวิศวกรรม เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการบำรุงรักษา
- จัดทำเอกสารบันทึกการตรวจสอบ การซ่อมแซม และการบำรุงรักษาต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การบำรุงรักษาดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- อายุ 28 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาเครื่องกล เมคคาทรอนิกส์ และสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกรรมในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม อย่างน้อย 2 - 5 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านการบำรุงรักษา เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม ระบบลม ไฮดรอลิค จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ กล้าตัดสินใจ
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
