Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและติดตามการดำเนินงาน Preventive Maintenance (PM) ด้านไฟฟ้า ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและแผนธุรกิจของบริษัท
- ดูแลโครงสร้างการทำงานของฝ่ายวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า เพื่อให้พนักงานปฏิบัติงานได้ตามเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพและต้นทุนที่กำหนด
- ติดตามข้อมูลรายงานทางวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องจักร รวมถึงการซ่อมบำรุงและคุณภาพ พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์และทบทวนแผนการบำรุงรักษาด้านไฟฟ้า
- ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานแต่ละบุคคลในส่วนงานวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า
- ทบทวนและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับระบบขององค์กร
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและผู้ผลิต เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานและรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้า
- ดูแลและจัดระเบียบพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานตามหลัก 5 ส.
Qualifications
- อายุ 28 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ไฟฟ้ากำลัง, ไฟฟ้าควบคุม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงระบบไฟฟ้าในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี
- ความเป็นผู้นำ, ความกล้าตัดสินใจ และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- ทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- วันทำงานจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08:00 - 17:40 น. และเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ เวลา 08:00 - 17:00 น.
- ความรู้ด้านการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรกลอุตสาหกรรม, PLC, Inverter และ Control Panel จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (กว.) ระดับภาคีวิศวกรขึ้นไป จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
