Responsibilities
- ควบคุม,ติดตามการทำ Preventive Maintenance ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัทเพื่อให้ ดำเนินตามแผนธุรกิจของบริษัทที่กำหนดเอาไว้ ทางด้านไฟฟ้า
- รับผิดชอบ โครงสร้างองค์กรของฝ่าย ให้พนักงานทำงานได้ตามเป้าหมาย(คุณภาพ,ต้นทุน) ทางด้านไฟฟ้า
- ติดตามข้อมูลรายงานวิศวกรรมในเอกสารให้ครบถ้วน,เครื่องจักร(การซ่อมบำรุง,คุณภาพ)วิเคราะห์และทบทวนแผนการบำรุงรักษา, ทางด้านไฟฟ้า
- ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของพนักงานแต่ละบุคคลวิศวกรรม ทางด้านไฟฟ้า
- ทบทวนมาตรฐานการทำงานให้สอดคล้องกับระบบขององค์กร
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้งานส่วนสนับสนุนราบรื่น,ผู้ผลิตเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลของระบบไฟฟ้า
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่สนับสนุนด้าน 5 ส.
Qualifications
- อายุ 28 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาไฟฟ้ากำลัง, ไฟฟ้าควบคุม และสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงไฟฟ้าในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 2 - 5 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านการบำรุงรักษา เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม PLC, Inverter, Control Panel จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใบ กว. ระดับภาคีวิศวกรขึ้นไป (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ กล้าตัดสินใจ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และสสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
