Responsibilities
ศึกษา ปรับปรุง และพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานของ Private Banking Operations Unit ในปัจจุบันให้เป็นมาตรฐาน
รับ Requirement จากผู้ปฎิบัติงานในOperations และติดตามรายงานความคืบหน้าให้กับผู้บริหารทราบอย่างต่อเนื่อง
ดูแลทีมงานให้ปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อให้กระบวนการดำเนินไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตามมาตรฐาน และตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด พร้อมทั้งรายงานความคืบหน้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
ร่วมวางแผนและรับผิดชอบ Project ต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ติดตามสถานะของแต่ละ Project อย่างสม่ำเสมอ อำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดประชุมหรืออื่นๆ
ให้ความช่วยเหลือ แก้ไขปัญหา และให้คำปรึกษาต่างๆกับทีมงานในแต่ละโครงการ
รายงานผลการดำเนินงานของ Project หลังจากมีการปรับใช้กระบวนการใหม่ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ร่วมกับทีมวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของปัญหา ร่วมแก้ไขปัญหา และหาวิธีการป้องกันไม่ให้ปัญหาเกิดขึ้นซ้ำ เพื่อให้เกิดการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง ที่ทำให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดีต่อองค์กร และบุคลากรภายในองค์กร
Qualifications
วุฒิปริญญาตรี ในสาขาการบริหารและสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเป็นเข้าหน้าที่ประจำสาขาของธนาคาร หรือมีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลให้บริการลูกค้าสินทรัพย์สูง
มีใบอนุญาต “ผู้แนะนำการลงทุนตราสารหนี้ซับซ้อนประเภทที่ 2 IC Complex 2
เชี่ยวชาญด้าน program AI (พิเศษ) และ Microsoft Office : Excel (พิเศษ) , Power BI (พิเศษ) , word, power point
สามารถนำเสนอได้ดี (Presentation Skills)
