เจ้าหน้าที่ประเมินราคาหลักประกัน (Data Analytics / BI Specialist | New Graduate Welcome) - Kasikornbank Public Co.,Ltd.

• วิเคราะห์และบริหารจัดการข้อมูลหลักประกันจากแหล่งข้อมูลภายในและภายนอกธนาคาร เพื่อสนับสนุนการประเมินมูลค่าหลักประกันและการตัดสินใจเชิงธุรกิจ
• พัฒนาและจัดทำ Dashboard, Visualization และรายงานเชิงวิเคราะห์ เพื่อสะท้อนแนวโน้ม ราคา และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อมูลค่าหลักประกัน
• ใช้เครื่องมือด้าน Data Analytics และ Business Intelligence เช่น Power BI, Qlik Sense, SQL และ Python ในการจัดการ วิเคราะห์ และนำเสนอข้อมูล
• สกัด รวบรวม และตรวจสอบคุณภาพข้อมูล (Data Quality) เพื่อให้ข้อมูลมีความถูกต้องและพร้อมสำหรับการวิเคราะห์
• วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์และข้อมูลเชิงสถิติ เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาโมเดลหรือแนวทางการประเมินราคาหลักประกัน
• ร่วมออกแบบและพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานด้านข้อมูล (Data-driven Processes) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลหลักประกัน
• ให้คำปรึกษาและข้อเสนอแนะเชิงวิเคราะห์แก่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องบนพื้นฐานของข้อมูลและผลการวิเคราะห์

• ปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขา Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, MIS, Information Technology หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความสนใจด้าน Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization หรือ Financial Analytics
• สามารถใช้ SQL หรือ Python ในการดึงข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
• มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งาน Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau หรือเครื่องมือ BI อื่นๆ ในการสร้าง Dashboard และ Data Visualization
• มีความรู้ด้าน Excel ขั้นสูง เช่น Power Query, Power Pivot หรือการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงสถิติ
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การคิดเชิงตรรกะ (Analytical Thinking) และการแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงข้อมูล (Data-driven Problem Solving)
• มีความรู้ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ การประเมินราคา หรือธุรกิจการเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ (Fresh Graduate) ในสาขา Data Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ที่มีทักษะด้าน SQL, Python, Power BI หรือ Qlik Sense
