• ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจ หรือที่ปรึกษา/ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ/ตัวแทน/นายหน้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์

• มีความเข้าใจเรื่องอสังหาริมทรัพย์ การประเมินราคา กฎหมายและภาษี อสังหาริมทรัพย์ กลไกของตลาด ในระดับที่สามารถให้คำปรึกษาเบื้องต้นกับลูกค้า
