Responsibilities


  • Review and assess end-to-end credit processes for SME and Commercial Banking portfolios to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and operational risks within the credit lifecycle, and recommend improvement initiatives to strengthen credit quality and risk management.
  • Analyze credit approval practices, underwriting standards, portfolio trends, and key risk indicators to proactively identify emerging risks.
  • Partner with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Business teams to drive process enhancement, control optimization, and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Prepare quality assurance reports, present findings to management, and monitor remediation actions to ensure effective implementation.


    • Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Underwriting, Credit Approval, Credit Risk Management, Portfolio Management, or related functions within a banking or financial institution.
  • Strong experience in SME or Commercial Banking credit assessment, including financial statement analysis, cash flow evaluation, credit structuring, and risk assessment.
  • Good understanding of credit processes, credit governance, risk controls, and portfolio monitoring practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills
