Responsibilities

  • Analyze asset quality trends, portfolio performance, and risk indicators to identify emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct reviews of credit portfolios, risk management practices, and governance frameworks to assess asset quality and control effectiveness.
  • Evaluate TFRS 9-related methodologies, including ECL, staging, and impairment assessments, to ensure sound portfolio monitoring and reporting.
  • Develop portfolio insights and improvement initiatives to enhance asset quality and support proactive risk management.
  • Prepare management reports and present key findings, recommendations, and portfolio strategies to senior stakeholders.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Internal Audit, Credit Audit, Risk Audit, Credit Risk Management, Portfolio Management, or related banking functions.
  • Strong understanding of banking credit processes, asset quality management, portfolio monitoring, and risk governance.
  • Solid knowledge of TFRS 9 / IFRS 9, including ECL methodology, credit impairment, staging criteria, and provisioning concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, report writing, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable portfolio strategies.

    Job Summary
    Drive asset quality initiatives by analyzing portfolio performance, identifying emerging credit risks, and recommending strategic actions to improve asset quality across the Bank. Conduct independent reviews of credit portfolios, risk management practices, and provisioning approaches, including TFRS 9 assessments. Partner with stakeholders across Credit, Risk, Finance, and Business teams to strengthen portfolio resilience and support sustainable portfolio growth.
