Responsibilities
- ร่วมจัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี การบริหารงบประมาณ และการปรับแผนงบประมาณระหว่างปีในส่วนที่ได้รับมอบหมาย รวมถึงจัดทำกำหนดการและแนวนโยบายในการจัดการทรัพยากรทางการเงิน โดยเฉพาะงบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายและเงินลงทุนในทรัพย์สิน (Fixed Asset) ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมาย กลยุทธ์ และสภาวะตลาดของธนาคารทั้งในระยะสั้นและระยะยาว
- จัดทำรายงาน จัดเตรียมข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่ายในมิติต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อระบุประเด็นสำคัญในการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายและนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
- พัฒนาหรือร่วมพัฒนากระบวนการบริหารงบประมาณและคณะกลั่นกรองต่างๆ รวมถึงดำเนินการหรือร่วมดำเนินการจัดตั้งคณะกลั่นกรองที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และให้แนวทางการวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าและผลกระทบต่อภาพรวมของธนาคาร (Business Case Justification) สำหรับโครงการขนาดใหญ่หรือโครงการที่ธนาคารให้ความสนใจในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบ
- ประสานงาน ติดตาม และวิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่ายของสายงานสนับสนุนและหน่วยงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายในกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงบประมาณ การควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ของธนาคาร และการวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุนของโครงการ รวมถึงประสานงานและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงบประมาณให้กับสายงานที่รับผิดชอบ
- ร่วมจัดทำและนำเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการใช้จ่าย (Cost and Productivity Management) ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย “cost effectiveness” ของธนาคาร พร้อมทั้งกำหนดตัววัดผลความสำเร็จที่ชัดเจน และผลักดันการดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
