FX Clerk/เจ้าหน้าที่แลกเปลี่ยนเงินตรา พื้นที่สนามบินภูเก็ต (พิจารณาจบใหม่ทุกสาขา) - Kasikornbank Public Co.,Ltd.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ให้บริการแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศ ณ ศูนย์บริการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• นำเสนอและแนะนำข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคารให้แก่ลูกค้า
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ข้อมูลอัตราการแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศแก่ลูกค้า และทำให้การบริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปรายการการให้บริการแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศ พร้อมทั้งตรวจนับเงินให้ถูกต้อง และเป็นผู้เบิก/คินเงินสด
• ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• จบวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (ทุกสาขา)
• มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี คล่องแคล่ว มีภาวะผู้นำ และมีใจรักในด้านการบริการ
• มีทักษะในการสื่อความและติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษปานกลาง -ดี
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
