Responsibilities
Responsibility :
-ดำเนินโครงการให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามความต้องการของลูกค้าและส่งมอบภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
-จัดทำแผนงานและหน้าที่ของพนักงานให้กับทีมบริหารโครงการเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานที่มีปร-ะสิทธิภาพ
-รายงานสถานะของโครงการที่ดำเนินการให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชาและทีมบริหารโครงการ
-ประสานงานกับผู้จัดโครงการเพื่อให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
-กำหนดอุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องมือที่จำเป็นต่อการดำเนินโครงการและแจ้งฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจัดซื้อ
-จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการให้ทีมบริหารโครงการเพื่อส่งมอบ
-แก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อลูกค้าหรือทีมบริการลูกค้าร้องขอ แลพพัฒนาวิธีป้องกันเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาซ้ำ
-สนับสนุนฝ่ายขายและทีมพรีเซลล์ในด้านเทคนิค เช่นสาธิตทางเทคนิค การทดลองใช้งาน การสำรวจหน้างาน การประเมิน ฯ
-ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
Qualifications :
-ไม่จำกัดเพศ
-อายุ 23-35 ปี
-วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ประสบการณ์ : มีประสบการณืด้าน Systems Engineer, IT Infrastructure หรือ Technical Support อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
-มีประสบการณ์ในงานโครงการ (Project-based) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
