Senior Technical Consultant - The Practical Solution Public Company Limited

1. Understand products and services in detail of function features and technical term including system architecture and system integration.Work with sales team to meet with potential customers to understand their challenges and business goals.
2. Assess customer needs and translate them into technical requirement and solutions.
3. Design and present customized and various IT solutions that address the customer's specific pain points and align with their budget.
4. Network with industry professionals / product vendors / distributors and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
5. Provide implementation and post-implementation technical support as required.
6. Collaborate with the business development team to identify potential opportunities to support new product/service introductions.

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 - 5 years of working experience as Presales/Technical sales in IT businesses or any related field.
3. Strong understanding of Computer Networking, Network Security and DC System infrastructureconcept and best practices.
4. Love to research and update technology trends.
5. Fast Learner / Continuous learning.
6. Ability to multi-tasks and work with dynamic environment.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
8. Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
9. Good Thai and English Communication.
