Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while expanding new business opportunities (Food Industrial Customers)
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitors to improve sales performance and strategies
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing guidance, development, and ongoing coaching
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery
• Handle customer issues and complaints professionally to maintain long-term relationships
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and present performance updates to management
• Manage and control sales budgets and promotional activities effectively

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales within factory or industrial businesses

• At least 3 years of experience in sales team management

• 32-38 years of Age

• Strong skills in strategic planning, data analysis, and negotiation

• Good understanding of B2B sales processes and supply chain management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure

• Proficient command of English is an advantage
