Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Acquire new OEM customers and manage existing customers, both domestic and international market
• Develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth to meet targets
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and customer agreements
2. Project & Product Management
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA, and Supply Chain teams
• Manage product development and production timelines
• Support successful new product launches according to plan
3. Operations & Quality Control
• Ensure on-time production and delivery
• Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, and customer-specific quality requirements
• Handle product quality issues and customer complaints effectively
4. Cost & Team Management
• Control project cost and ensure profitability of OEM business
• Lead and develop the OEM team
• Define KPIs and monitor business performance
Qualifications
• Age 38–45 years
• 7–10 years of experience in OEM Food Industry, good understand of export procedures & INCOTERMS
• Proven experience in cross-functional team management
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing and GMP / HACCP systems
• Strong business acumen, project management, and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and result-oriented mindset
• Good communication and coordination skills
• English communication skills is a plus
