Responsibilities

• ดำเนินการสรรหาและสัมภาษณ์คัดเลือกพนักงาน

• ประชาสัมพันธ์การรับสมัครงานผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ

• ติดต่อผู้สมัครเพื่อนัดสัมภาษณ์งานและจัดทำตารางการสัมภาษณ์

• ควบคุมดูแลแบบทดสอบ/แบบวัด

• จัดทำข้อมูลและเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวกับการเริ่มงาน

• จัดทำรายงานสรุปที่เกี่ยวกับการสรรหาและคัดเลือกพนักงานประจำเดือน

Qualifications

• อายุ 21-26 ปี

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารงานบุคคล, จิตวิทยา, รัฐศาสตร์, สังคมศาสตร์ และสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบด้านตัวเลขและงานข้อมูล

• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และสามารถนำมาปฏิบัติได้

• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับบุคคลทั่วไปทั้งในและนอกบริษัท

• สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
