Responsibilities
• Perform day to day financial transaction, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and data recording account receivable’s data.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Preforming administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filling paperwork and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
• To assist with month end closing.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• 0-2 years accounts receivable or general accounting and financial experiences.
• Age between 22-25 years old.
• Proficient computer skill in Microsoft Office, SAP or Oracle Programs.
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Calm and easy going personality with service minded.
• Good coordination and problem solving skills.
