Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Management Supervisor to lead our financial management team. This role is crucial for overseeing the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep financial acumen, and the ability to drive key financial decisions that support our company's growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling.

• Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and effective use of financial resources.

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze the annual budget, including budget utilization tracking and reporting.

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and government authorities on financial and tax-related matters.

• Review and approve financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) for management decision-making.

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance/accounting with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis (FP&A).

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP/Financial software.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
