Performance Management Officer - TMT STEEL PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED

Performance Management Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s performance management system to ensure alignment with business strategy. This role supports employee development and enhances organizational performance

• Goal Setting & Alignment: Facilitate departments in defining clear, measurable, and impactful KPIs that align with corporate objectives.
• Performance Cycle Management: Manage the full performance cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
• Process Improvement: Stay updated on HR tech trends and propose enhancements to the performance management system (e.g., implementing continuous feedback tools).
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of performance data.
• Employee Development Support: Link performance outcomes to Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and support Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in HR, Performance Management, or Organization Development (High-potential fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong understanding of KPI and competency frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and present complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with modern performance frameworks such as OKRs, 360-degree Feedback, and Continuous Performance Management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MS365, Excel, Power BI)
• Able to work at Wangnoi, Aytthaya Location
• Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
