Responsibilities

ประเมินและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาตาม IT Request เพื่อเสนอ Solution ให้กับหัวหน้างานพิจารณาตัดสินใจ
ตรวจสอบและบันทึกข้อมูลการตรวจสอบงานตาม Check list ของระบบงาน IT
สามารถแก้ปัญหาการใช้อุปกรณ์ในระบบสารสนเทศให้กับพนักงานในองค์กรได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
ติดตามและประสานงานในการจัดซื้อ จัดจ้าง เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์และอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบสารสนเทศ
ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ Softwareและ Email เพื่อให้พนักงานสามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ
จัดทำฐานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ให้สมบูรณ์ ถูกต้อง พร้อมตรวจสอบได้

Qualifications

อายุ 22-28 ปี
ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีความระเอียดรอบคอบงานด้านเอกสาร และมีความรู้ความสนใจเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยี หรือสินค้า IT
มีทักษะทางด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง และเข้าใจงานทางด้านการจัดซื้อ จัดจ้าง
ความรู้ด้านการใช้งาน Application
ความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ SAP
