Responsibilities

• ลงพื้นที่ ภายในบริเวณโรงงาน เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูล ความคิดเห็น และปัญหาข้อร้องเรียนต่าง ๆ ของพนักงาน

• รับข้อร้องเรียน รวมถึงการเสนอแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับพนักงาน

• จัดทำหนังสือเตือนกรณีต่าง ๆ ตามหลัก พรบ.แรงงานสัมพันธ์ / กฎหมายแรงงาน

• ดำเนินการ และสนับสนุน ในการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ขององค์กร

• ดูแลพนักงานให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎ/ระเบียบ/ข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการทำงาน

Qualifications

• อายุ 23 - 30 ปี

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารงานบุคคล, จิตวิทยา, รัฐศาสตร์, สังคมศาสตร์ และสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีความรู้เรื่องกฎหมายแรงงาน

• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบด้านตัวเลขและงานเอกสาร

• มีความซื่อสัตย์และรักษาความลับได้

• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับบุคคลทั่วไปทั้งในและนอกบริษัท

• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และสามารถนำมาปฏิบัติได้
