Responsibilities
- ประเมินและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาตาม IT Request เพื่อเสนอ Solution ให้กับหัวหน้างานพิจารณาตัดสินใจ
- ตรวจสอบและบันทึกข้อมูลการตรวจสอบงานตาม Check list ของระบบงาน IT
- สามารถแก้ปัญหาการใช้อุปกรณ์ในระบบสารสนเทศให้กับพนักงานในองค์กรได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดตามและประสานงานในการจัดซื้อ จัดจ้าง เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์และอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบสารสนเทศ
- ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ Softwareและ Email เพื่อให้พนักงานสามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ
- จัดทำฐานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ให้สมบูรณ์ ถูกต้อง พร้อมตรวจสอบได้
Qualifications
- อายุ 21-28 ปี
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความระเอียดรอบคอบงานด้านเอกสาร และมีความรู้ความสนใจเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยี หรือสินค้า IT
- มีทักษะทางด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง และเข้าใจงานทางด้านการจัดซื้อ จัดจ้าง
- ความรู้ด้านการใช้งาน Application
