Responsibilities
• จัดเก็บใบสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้าเข้าระบบได้อย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา
• เปิดใบสั่งขายและใบเสนอราคาเข้าระบบได้อย่างถูกต้อง
• สร้างเอกสารใบแจ้งเปลี่ยน / รับคืนสินค้าและใบขออนุมัติออกใบลดหนี้ / เพิ่มหนี้ได้อย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา
• รวบรวม และจัดเก็บเอกสาร ใบแจ้งเปลี่ยน / รับคืนสินค้า ให้เป็นไปตามระบบควบคุมคุณภาพ (ISO) ของบริษัท
• ประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วยใจบริการ
Qualifications
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ อนุปริญญา (ปวส.) เท่านั้น
• เพศชาย, หญิง อายุระหว่าง 20-25 ปี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบด้านงานเอกสาร และคำนวณ สามารถทำงานได้รวดเร็ว แม่นยำและทันเวลาที่กำหนด
• ทักษะทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP
• มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารทั้งฟัง พูด อ่านและเขียนที่ดี
• มีอัธยาศัยและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับบุคคลทั่วไปทั้งในและนอกบริษัท
• มีความอดทนต่อความต้องการที่หลากหลายของทีมขายและลูกค้า
