เจ้าหน้าที่ L&D Support (Contractor)/Open for New Grad - United Overseas Bank (Thai)

• ค้นหาและคัดสรรบทความ วิดีโอ อินโฟกราฟิก และแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่ใช้ AI เพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้
• สร้างคอนเทนต์ต้นฉบับ เช่น (ex.microlearning posts, short VDO, interactive quizzes) สำหรับแพลตฟอร์ม MyUOB
• เขียนแคปชันและสรุปเนื้อหาให้น่าสนใจ เพื่อดึงดูดความสนใจและเพิ่มการมีส่วนร่วมบน MyUOB
• ออกแบบงานนำเสนอและสื่อดิจิทัล โดยใช้เครื่องมือ เช่น Canva, PowerPoint หรือ GenAI
• ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัดการมีส่วนร่วม พร้อมเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงตามข้อมูลเชิงลึก
• ประสานงานด้านการจัดการและการสื่อสารสำหรับกิจกรรม Knowledge Management ร่วมกับทีมงานภายในและภายนอก
• ส่งเสริมการแบ่งปันความรู้และจัดกิจกรรม Knowledge Management
• สนับสนุนทีม L&D ในการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วม เช่น Better U Festival, Appreciation Day เป็นต้น

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
• ประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี ในสายงานด้าน Content Creator ยินดีพิจารณาเด็กจบใหม่
• มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel และ PowerPoint รวมถึงเครื่องมือ Generative AI เช่น Gemini, ChatGPT เป็นต้น
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถเขียนคอนเทนต์สั้นหรือแคปชันที่ดึงดูดความสนใจและสร้างการมีส่วนร่วม
• สามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้ทั้งภายในทีมและข้ามทีม (Cross-functional)
• มีทักษะพื้นฐานด้านการตัดต่อวิดีโอหรือออกแบบกราฟิก พร้อมความเข้าใจด้านดิจิทัล และสนใจการอ่านบทความเพื่อพัฒนาความรู้
