Responsibilities
• To support Financial Institutions Group / Commercial Banking & MNC RMs to coordinate with clients, branches and CFS-AML/AFC Ops as well as CIS Team (BWCIF) to manage end-to-end process of new account opening, existing account maintenance (POA) and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Review client’s documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Handle client inquiries and requests related to account changes, updates, and closures.
• Manage basic cash management deals to implement the solutions for clients and to ensure that the end-to-end implementation process and post-Implementation processes are delivered on the objectives of the bank with successful delivery of services within the committed timeline to increase bank’s bottom line ultimately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related fieldใ
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in client implementation, client onboarding, account opening, client servicing, or operations within Commercial Banking, Financial Institutions, Cash Management, or Corporate Banking.
- Solid knowledge of bank account opening processes, account maintenance, Power of Attorney (POA), and relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including KYC, CDD, AML/AFC.
- Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers, Operations, Compliance, AML/AFC, and other support teams to manage end-to-end client implementation processes.
- Strong ability to review and validate client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Hands-on experience in handling client inquiries, account updates, amendments, and closures in a professional and service-oriented manner.
- Basic understanding of cash management products and implementation processes, with the ability to support solution delivery and post-implementation activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, branches, and internal stakeholders.
