Job Description
     * Manage and enhance relationships with assigned SME clients.
     * Acquire new SME customers to expand the client base.
     * Identify business opportunities and provide financial solutions that align with bank policies.
     * Achieve assigned business volume, revenue, and portfolio quality targets.
     * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Qualification
     * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
 
     * 2–3 years of experience in SME banking is an advantage.
     * Strong business acumen with a proven ability to meet performance targets.
     * Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
     * Dedicated, self-driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
