Responsibilities
- Lead tasks in alignment with department policy and company direction.
- Plan and control test schedules to meet development requests.
- Manage and guide the team for safety testing and report preparation.
- Provide troubleshooting support to the team as needed.
- Assess risks and report findings to leadership in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Male or Female.
- Age 25-30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- 2-3 years of experience in air conditioner safety testing or home appliance testing.
- Experience with international testing methods related to electrical safety, such as IEC or UL.
- Experience with ISO/IEC 17025.
- Strong communication and cooperation skills.
- Ability to prepare test reports.
