Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1.Coordinate and oversee cross-departmental activities to ensure smooth business operations
2.Provide executive-level administrative support, including documentation, reports and follow-up tasks
3.Prepare professional reports, presentations, and business documents using Excel and PowerPoint
4.Manage operational follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
5.Tracking action items, and maintaining effective communication across teams
6.Support management in decision-making by providing accurate data and insights

Qualifications

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
2. Accounting graduates will be given special consideration
3. Proven experience in business operations, executive assistance, or administrative management
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
5. Background in accounting or finance is highly desirable
6. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
7. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
9. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
