Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
- Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
- Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
- Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
- Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
- Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
- Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
- Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.
- Report key results to corporate officers.
- Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
- Market visit to ensure operation and create relationship with customer
- Understand and ensure ISO Quality system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales within the food industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management or GM level.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams
- Proven experience in managing large teams, including organizational structuring, manpower planning, and team capability development.
- Strong coaching and people development skills, including performance management and team evaluation.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of food market dynamics, distribution channels, and key customers (e.g., Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, HORECA).
- Strong expertise in Trade Marketing strategy, including planning and execution of promotions, pricing strategy, in-store visibility, and channel development.
- Ability to integrate Sales and Trade Marketing strategies to maximize revenue and brand presence.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and trade marketing plans.
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance management.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
