Senior Hr Manager - Bangkok Ranch Public Company Limited

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives
• Manage effective recruitment, selection, and workforce planning processes
• Oversee and develop compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs
• Implement performance management systems and employee development plans
• Administer employee relations and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws
• Provide expert HR consultation and support to management on complex people issues
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data to inform strategic decision-making
• Continuously improve HR policies and operational procedures

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science, or a related field
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• In-depth understanding of Thai labor law and related regulations
• Proficiency in managing compensation & benefits, and talent development programs
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex HR challenges
• Experience in manufacturing or large-scale business environments is a plus.
