Responsibilities

 **Recruitment Manager**
 **Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement **recruitment strategies** to attract top talent for the organization.
- Provide **professional guidance** and consultation to departmental managers regarding hiring needs.
- Plan and **forecast workforce requirements** to ensure timely staffing with the right skills.
- Design and oversee a **structured selection process** to enhance hiring quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage **internal and external job postings** for vacant positions.
- Build strong relationships with **recruitment agencies, universities, and job networks** to expand talent sourcing channels.
- Implement **creative recruitment solutions** to address hiring challenges in niche roles.
- Ensure compliance with **labor laws, company policies, and industry standards** in all recruitment activities.
- Organize and lead **selection centers** for senior-level positions.
- Conduct **resume screening, applicant shortlisting, and interview scheduling**.
- Support and participate in the company’s **quality and social initiatives**, including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and ISO 14000 programs.
- Perform **other HR-related tasks** as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

**Qualifications:**

- **Bachelor's degree or higher** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- **7+ years** of experience in **talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, or HR management**.

- Strong knowledge of **labor laws, hiring regulations, and selection best practices**.

- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills** for working with stakeholders.

- Experience in **building partnerships** with recruitment agencies and job networks.

- Ability to develop and implement **innovative hiring solutions** for high-demand roles.

- Knowledge of **ISO standards and HR compliance policies** is a plus.
