Warehouse Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor - OLIC ( THAILAND ) Limited

• Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing, and operational activities for district warehouses and stores to comply with GxP and related regulation.
• Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization.
• Implement appropriate safety guidelines and investigate injuries or unsafe conditions.
• Monitor storeroom and warehouse material usage.
• Provide assistance in warehouse space utilization by designing facility layouts to achieve maximum storage efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related filed.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/food industrial.
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills and service minded.
• Fast Learning, proactive and able to work under pressure for multi tasks.
• English language skills in business communication (Reading, Speaking, Writing, listening)
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, SAP.
