Production Planning - OLIC ( THAILAND ) Limited

•  Check the materials availability, prepare the shortage report/material requirement planning report and ensure timely follow up the materials to support the production.
• Prepare, manage the production scheduling and analyze the capacity requirements for short- & medium-term plan (RCP) according to the customer requirements.
• Monitor customer orders from the beginning until G delivery and provide feedback for the production problems or any causes which can create the delay of delivery.
• Co-ordinate with concerning Departments to expedite timely the production of Gas requested by customer in order to fulfill customer requirements.
• Work closely with the concerning departments to review the plan before confirming the orders from customers, based on the availability of resources (Capacity/ manpower/materials) and lead to communicate to concerning departments to provide necessary update in order to fulfill customer requirements.
• Execute SAP operation on daily basis to support production in order to achieve customer requirements.
• Prepare the KPI, monthly report in the own area.
• Attend weekly/monthly meeting with the customers as necessary in order to achieve the common goal and customers' target.

• Perform others specific task assign in order to support adhoc request on

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields.

• At least 5 Years experience in Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain. Experiences in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG field will be an advantage.
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft excel & Power Point, Al.
• English language skills in business communication (Speaking, Reading, Writing & Listening) with proven record.
• Experience in SAP PP will be an advantage.
