Analyst (Hybrid Workplace) - TRIS Corporation Limited

Job Description:

• Study and understand the client’s business processes including their effect on data and reporting, and applies the knowledge gained in designing data and reports.
• Manage assigned projects effectively, be able to deliver work to customer as targeted both in terms of scope, deadline and budget, as well as being able to create values that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Provide management consulting services to government agencies, state enterprises, and private sector organizations in the areas of organizational strategy, organizational development, performance management, and business transformation
• Evaluate business performance, strategic, action, and integrated plans for the public sector.
• Develop and presentation, analyses, and reports to support business functions.
• Manage and reports to the relevant teams, providing support on the usage of these tools.
• Follow up and evaluate the performance regularly and continuously improve the operation.

Qualifications: 

• MBA or Master’s degree in Management, Science, Economics, Engineering, MIS, Public Administration, or other related fields with a strong research background. A Master's degree or higher is required for this position.
• At least 4–7 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, business research, project evaluation, survey research, corporate strategy, organizational development, or related fields. Candidates with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in organization consulting for public sector organizations or state-owned enterprises, including strategic planning, organizational development, organizational performance improvement, stakeholder analysis, and change management.
• Experience in economic and social impact assessment, including Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA), Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Social Return on Investment (SROI), or other program and policy evaluation methodologies.
• Experience in research and data analysis, including research design, survey and questionnaire development, quantitative and qualitative research, statistical analysis, and evidence-based policy or organizational studies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and presentation skills, with the ability to develop consulting reports and communicate recommendations effectively to senior management.
• Computer literacy especially in Microsoft office and Analytic tools for Quantitative & Qualitative research 
• Reliable and able to keep sensitive information confidential.
