Export Sales Support - Monty & Totco Co.,Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Export Sales team in handling customer inquiries and daily sales operations.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with overseas customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents.
• Monitor order status and delivery schedules, and provide updates to customers.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and related documentation.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Female preferred
• Age 23–28 years
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Export Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or a related role is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
