Responsibilities
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ปัญหา เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการและพัฒนาระบบทางคอมพิวเตอร์ในส่วนงาน Logistics ของศูนย์กระจายสินค้า
- จัดหาระบบทางคอมพิวเตอร์หรืออุปกรณ์ภายในศูนย์กระจายสินค้าต่างๆ โดยต้องศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ (Feasibility Study) ของโครงการ ดำเนินการสั่งซื้อ และนำอุปกรณ์หรือระบบดังกล่าวมาใช้ในศูนย์กระจายสินค้า
- วางแผนการทดสอบ การติดตั้ง และขยายผลการใช้งานอุปกรณ์หรือระบบ รวมถึงติดตามผล รวบรวมความผิดปกติ และข้อผิดพลาดต่างๆ หลังจากการนำขึ้นใช้งานจริง
- ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ ตอบปัญหาและชี้แจง ในเรื่องกระบวนการและระบบภายในศูนย์กระจายสินค้าต่างๆ เพื่อให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ทราบข้อมูลและเกิดความเข้าใจ
- ติดต่อประสานงานหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ เพื่อให้โครงการดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและตามแผน
- นัดหมายและจัดตารางนัดหมายให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา และอำนวยความสะดวกในการประชุม
- เตรียมเอกสารการประชุม จัดทำบันทึกและรายงานการประชุม รวมถึงติดตามผลการดำเนินงานตามที่หารือในที่ประชุม
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี หรือ โท คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขา IE, Logistics & Supply Chain, Computer Engineering หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล ในเชิงสถิติ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับปานกลางขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้และมีทักษะการสื่อสาร (Presentation) ในระดับดีเยี่ยม
