Responsibilities
- Liaise and build strong relationships with government agencies to support new 7-Eleven branch openings
- Prepare and review building permit documentation and ensure accuracy before submission
- Coordinate with Metropolitan and Provincial Electricity Authorities (MEA/PEA) and Water Authorities (MWA/PWA) to obtain utility approvals
- Apply for various operating licenses and submit required documents to relevant government and regulatory bodies
- Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with public sector stakeholders to support the company's business objectives
- Perform other assigned duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in government affairs or public sector coordination is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Negotiation and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of government affairs and regulatory processes
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Must own a personal vehicle and be willing to travel to off-site locations as required
