Responsibilities

- Develop and drive corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives to strengthen brand reputation and stakeholder trust.
- Create compelling communication frameworks, key messages, and strategic narratives that shape positive public perception.
- Lead the transition from reactive to proactive communications through integrated communication plans and campaigns.
- Develop and execute content strategies across digital platforms, including hero, evergreen, and real-time content, while leveraging AI and data-driven insights to maximize content effectiveness.
- Manage editorial calendars, communication campaigns, and storytelling initiatives that foster meaningful engagement with target audiences.
- Lead corporate reputation enhancement initiatives by developing proactive campaigns, positive narratives, and stakeholder advocacy programs.
- Monitor emerging issues, assess reputational risks, and develop strategic communication responses before issues escalate into crises.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Analyze social listening, media monitoring, and market intelligence to identify trends, consumer insights, and communication opportunities.
- Prepare communication performance reports, executive dashboards, and strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Brand Communications, Reputation Management, Media Relations, or Strategic Communications.
- Proven experience in developing and executing corporate communication strategies that enhance brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, digital communications, social media management, and integrated communication campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with social listening, media monitoring, data analytics, and AI-powered communication tools is an advantage.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, presentation, and public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively to executives, media, and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong crisis communication, issue management, and reputation management capabilities.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
- Highly proactive with a positive attitude, strong critical thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
- Able to work under pressure, respond rapidly to emerging issues, and make sound decisions with good judgment.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Work Location : The Tara Building (near Central Chaengwattana / MRT Pink Line – Chaeng Watthana–Pak Kret 28 Station)
