Responsibilities
- Organize, implement and maintain production process flow.
- Lead and Initiative the continuous improvement project to improve productivity, quality and business process.
- Develops processes for manufacturing products using Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Statistics-based methods and principles for process excellence.
- coordinate with supplier or internal department to make an innovation project for process improvement, performance improvement and quality issue solving.
- Monitors and audits the performance of processes and equipment and makes recommendations for continuous improvement necessary to maximize process capability and cost savings.
- Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions.
Qualifications
- Can work at the plant in Factory Omyai Nakornprathom (Canwork 6 days/Week )
- Bachelor or Master’s degree of Automation, industrial or Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer - GPA. 2.7 ++
- At least 2 years’ experience in hands-on process supervision.
- Knowledge in manufacturing management principles and concepts, as well as quality systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical applications.
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation
- Skills in KAIZEN , LEAN ,SIX SIGMA, MS Office (World , Excel , PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 140000 , GMP/HACCP
