Responsibilities
• ขายสินค้าของบริษัท ทานตะวันอุตสาหกรรม (รูปแบบ B2B)
• ดูแล ให้บริการลูกค้าตลอดการขาย และติดตามผลหลังการขาย
• สร้างและดูแลรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าเก่าและผู้ที่อาจเป็นลูกค้าใหม่ในอนาคต
• สร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า เช่น ช่วยลูกค้าระบุปัญหา และช่วยหาทางแก้ไขให้ลูกค้า ติดตามงานสั่งผลิตสินค้า
• สร้างพัฒนาและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับลูกค้าใหม่
• รักษาและกระตุ้นยอดซื้อของลูกค้าเก่า
• ติดตามการขายและสร้างโอกาสในการขาย
• รับผิดชอบแก้ไขปัญหาการบริการ คำขอ และตอบคำถามของลูกค้าอย่างเต็มที่
• ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ ภายในบริษัท เพื่อช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้า
• จัดทำวิจัยตลาด เพื่อหาความต้องการของลูกค้าและโอกาสในการขาย
Qualifications
- การศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาการขาย การตลาด และสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายสินค้าโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม (ฺOEM & B2B) อย่างน้อย 2 ปี โดยสินค้าเป็นประเภทงานสั่งผลิตจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ คอมพิวเตอร์ excel/power point และภาษาอังกฤษเบี้องต้น
- รักงานบริการ/บุคลิกภาพดี/มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- ขับรถยนต์ได้ มีรถยนต์เป็นของตนเอง และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการแก้ไขปัญหารอบด้าน
