Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review accounting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare payment and receipt vouchers, bank transfer transactions, and verify payment terms and approval processes.
Support quarterly and year-end closing, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and other related financial schedules.
Prepare and submit tax filings, including PND 1, PND 3, PND 53, and other applicable taxes.
Prepare supporting documents and coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.
Support other accounting and finance assignments as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
Experience working in a holding company or group of companies is preferred.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
Good command of English.
CPD certification or other relevant professional accounting certifications would be an advantage.
