Responsibilities
1.จัดทำหลักสูตรพื้นฐานด้านงานช่าง เช่น ช่างเชื่อม , ช่าง CNC , ช่างพ่นสี
2.จัดทำหลักสูตรตาม Training Road Map
3.ติดตามผลการฝึกอบรม OJT
4.จัดอบรมตามแผนการฝึกอบรมประจำปี
5.เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายหลักสูตรพื้นฐานงานช่าง และหลักสูตรอื่นๆ เช่น 5ส. , KAIZEN , QCC
6.จัดทำ พัฒนา สื่อการสอน ในรูปแบบต่างๆ ให้เหมาะสมในแต่ละหลักสูตร
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 23 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ , คุรุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel , Word , Power point ได้
- สามารถเป็นวิทยากรได้
