Responsibilities

1.จัดทำใบสำคัญรายวันทั่วไปโดยวิเคราะห์รายการเพื่อบันทึกบัญชีให้ตรงตามรอบบัญชีที่เกิดขึ้นจริงถูกต้องและครบถ้วน

2.ตรวจสอบข้อมูล ความถูกต้องของเอกสารใบเปิดโครงการควบคุมการใช้งบประมาณของแต่ละโครงการพร้อมติดตามสถานะและความคืบหน้าของงานโครงการ

3.จัดทำข้อมูลระบบทรัพย์สินตั้งแต่การซื้อ โอนย้าย ตัดจำหน่าย ติดรหัสทรัพย์สิน และคำนวณค่าเสื่อมราคาประจำเดือน

4.ตรวจสอบรายการผิดปกติในงบทดลอง รวมทั้งความสัมพันธ์ของรหัสบัญชีกับรหัสศูนย์รับผิดชอบ

5.คำนวณภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลพร้อมปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน

6.จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน

7.จัดทำข้อมูล Present พร้อมวิเคราะห์สำหรับ Senior Meeting

8.จัดทำ Package งบเดี่ยว พร้อมจัดกลุ่มประเภทบัญชีและเก็บข้อมูลสำหรับเปิดหมายเหตุประกอบงบการเงิน

9.จัดทำข้อมูลประจำปีในแบบภงด.50,51

10.ตรวจนับทรัพย์สินประจำปีและสุ่มตรวจนับรายเดือน

11.จัดทำข้อมูลเพื่อการตรวจสอบขอคืนภาษีให้สรรพากร

12.งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications

เพศชาย- หญิง อายุ 24 ปีขึ้นไป
วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขา การบัญชี
มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านงานบัญชีในการปิดงบ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS.Office ได้ดี
หากสามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Oracle , Express ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
