Responsibilities
1. วางแผนการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการขาย คำสั่งซื้อ และกำลังการผลิตของบริษัท
2. ติดตามและควบคุมแผนการผลิตประจำวัน ประจำสัปดาห์ และประจำเดือน เพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
3. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ คลังสินค้า และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้มีวัตถุดิบและทรัพยากรเพียงพอต่อการผลิต
4. ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ปริมาณวัตถุดิบ สินค้าระหว่างผลิต และสินค้าสำเร็จรูป เพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนการผลิต
5. จัดทำและปรับปรุงตารางการผลิต (Production Schedule) ให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์และความต้องการของลูกค้า
6. จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการผลิต วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และติดตามความคืบหน้าของแผนการผลิต
7. ควบคุมและติดตามการใช้ทรัพยากรในการผลิตให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด รวมถึงลดความสูญเสียที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
8. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศชาย (ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว) / หญิง อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขา การจัดการและโลจิสติกส์ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการวางแผนการผลิตอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel , Word , Power point ได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา

Job Summary
ในบทบาทเจ้าหน้าที่วางแผนและควบคุมการผลิตนี้ คุณจะได้มีส่วนสำคัญในการจัดทำแผนการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับยอดขาย คำสั่งซื้อ และกำลังการผลิตของบริษัท คุณจะรับผิดชอบในการติดตามและควบคุมแผนการผลิตรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการผลิตดำเนินไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ นอกจากนี้ คุณยังจะได้ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และคลังสินค้า เพื่อให้การจัดหาวัตถุดิบและทรัพยากรเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น รวมถึงการตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ปริมาณวัตถุดิบและสินค้าเพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผน คุณจะได้จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการผลิต วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และควบคุมการใช้ทรัพยากรให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
