Responsibilities
1.ให้คำแนะนำการแก้ปัญหางาน และ ให้คำปรึกษางานด้านบัญชีและด้านการเงินแก่กลุ่มบริษัทที่เกี่ยวกับงานเจ้าหนี้และภาษี
2. จัดทำบัญชีทุกประเภท ทุกระบบ เช่น ระบบเจ้าหนี้, ลูกหนี้, ต้นทุน, บัญชีทั่วไป และตรวจสอบบัญชี AP-ACCRUED กรณี Trial Balance ยอดไม่เป็นศูนย์
3.บริหารภาษี และจัดทำงานด้านภาษีให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน เช่น ภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล. ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย, ภาษีสรรพสามิต ภาษีอากร และภาษีอื่นๆ
4.จัดทำ,ตรวจสอบ,วิเคราะห์รายการ และอนุมัติเอกสารใน การบันทึกบัญชี เช่น ใบสำคัญจ่าย, ใบสำคัญรายวัน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเจ้าหนี้และระบบลูกหนี้เงินยืมทดรอง
5.ดูแลควบคุมการทำจ่ายเจ้าหนี้การค้า, เจ้าหนี้ทั่วไปและอื่นๆ และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารก่อนบันทึกบัญชี
6.ทำการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการตั้งหนี้และทำการ ตั้งหนี้ให้เสร็จภายในกำหนดการปิดบัญชี
7.จัดทำวิเคราะห์งบกำไรขาดทุนรหัสค่าใช้จ่ายด้านสำนักงาน และงบดุลรหัสเจ้าหนี้
Qualifications
1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 28-35 ปี
2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ มีความรู้เรื่องภาษี อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
4. มีทักษะทางด้านภาษา สามารถสื่อสารได้
5. มีทักษะด้านโปรแกรม Oracle, Express, MS Office

What you will do
