Responsibilities
- วางแผนและควบคุมกระบวนการพ่นสีในสายการผลิตให้ได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดของเสีย
- วิเคราะห์และหาแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการพ่นสี รวมถึงการลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์
- ศึกษาและทดลองวัสดุหรือเทคโนโลยีใหม่สำหรับการพ่นสี
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพของงานสี
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ทีมผลิต ทีมซ่อมบำรุง และทีมควบคุมคุณภาพ
- ให้ความรู้และฝึกอบรมพนักงานในสายงานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพ่นสีและการดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์
Qualifications
- อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเคมี, วัสดุศาสตร์, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านการพ่นสี (Automotive Paint Process) อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคนิคการพ่นสี อุปกรณ์พ่นสี และมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพ เช่น ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและการแก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้า
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ เช่น 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Value Stream Mapping และ SPC ได้
- มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหา พร้อมความสามารถในการนำเสนอข้อมูล
- มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) และซอฟต์แวร์ CAD หรือ ERP ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกและมุ่งมั่นในการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
