Responsibilities
1.วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ลดต้นทุน และลดความสูญเปล่า (Waste)
2.นำแนวคิด Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma หรือ Kaizen มาประยุกต์ใช้ในกระบวนการทำงาน
3.จัดทำและปรับปรุงแผนผังสายการผลิต (Process Flow) และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
4.วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลกระบวนการผลิตและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพและลดของเสีย
5.ประสานงานกับทีมงานฝ่ายผลิต วิศวกรรม และฝ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
6.ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของโครงการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ และรายงานความคืบหน้าแก่ผู้บริหาร
7.สนับสนุนการนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่หรือระบบอัตโนมัติเข้ามาใช้ในสายการผลิต
8.พัฒนาทักษะและความรู้ของพนักงานในสายการผลิตเกี่ยวกับการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ เช่น วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมไม่น้อยกว่า 2-3 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, หรือแนวคิดการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ เช่น Kaizen หรือ TPM
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ เช่น 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Value Stream Mapping และ SPC ได้
- มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหา พร้อมความสามารถในการนำเสนอข้อมูล
- มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) และซอฟต์แวร์ CAD หรือ ERP ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกและมุ่งมั่นในการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา
