Responsibilities

1. วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารโครงการใหม่ (New Model / New Project) ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการออกแบบ การเตรียม การผลิต จนถึงการเริ่มการผลิตจริง (Mass Production)

2. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายออกแบบ วิศวกรรมการผลิต คุณภาพ จัดซื้อ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้โครงการเป็นไปตามแผน ระยะเวลา และงบประมาณที่กำหนด

3. วิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ทางวิศวกรรมของชิ้นส่วน โครงสร้าง และกระบวนการผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการใหม่

4. จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และปรับปรุงเอกสารทางวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Drawing, BOM, Process Flow, Control Plan และ Work Instruction (WI)

5. ควบคุมและติดตามการทดลองผลิต (Trial / Pilot Run) การทดสอบคุณภาพ และการแก้ไขปัญหาก่อนเริ่มการผลิตจริง

6. วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ ต้นทุน และกระบวนการผลิตของโครงการใหม่ โดยใช้เครื่องมือทางวิศวกรรม

7. สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต รวมถึงการนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่หรือระบบอัตโนมัติเข้ามาใช้

8. รายงานความคืบหน้า ปัญหา และผลการดำเนินงานของโครงการต่อผู้บริหาร

9. ให้คำแนะนำ ถ่ายทอดความรู้ และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะของทีมงานด้านวิศวกรรม

Qualifications

1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านโครงการใหม่ (New Model / NPI) ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี

3. มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และระบบคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA และ Control Plan

4. สามารถอ่านแบบและใช้โปรแกรม CAD ได้

5. มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ การแก้ไขปัญหา และการบริหารโครงการ

6. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office และระบบ ERP ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี

7. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
