Responsibilities

1. วางแผนและดำเนินการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ ชิ้นส่วน และแม่พิมพ์ (Tooling) สำหรับกระบวนการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรม ยานยนต์ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการผลิต

2. สรรหา คัดเลือก ประเมิน และพัฒนา Supplier ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ เช่น IATF 16949 และข้อกำหนดลูกค้า

3. วิเคราะห์โครงสร้างต้นทุน (Cost Breakdown) และดำเนินกิจกรรม VA/VE เพื่อควบคุมและลดต้นทุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง

4. เจรจาต่อรองราคา เงื่อนไขทางการค้า และเงื่อนไขการส่งมอบ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้าน Cost, Quality และ Delivery

5. สนับสนุนโครงการ New Model / New Project ตั้งแต่กระบวนการ RFQ, เปรียบเทียบใบเสนอราคา, Supplier Nomination จนถึง SOP

6. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรม ฝ่ายผลิต และ QA ในการแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพจาก Supplier และติดตามการปรับปรุงอย่างเป็นระบบ

7. ติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ (PO) และบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการส่งมอบ (Supply Risk Management) เพื่อป้องกัน Line Stop

8. จัดทำและรายงาน KPI ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Cost Reduction, OTD, Supplier Performance

9. ควบคุมเอกสาร สัญญา และเงื่อนไขการจัดซื้อให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัทและข้อกำหนดลูกค้า

10. สนับสนุนกิจกรรม Audit ทั้งภายในและภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Supplier และระบบคุณภาพ

Qualifications

1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (อุตสาหการ เครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)

2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ 0–3 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)

3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารคุณภาพ เช่น IATF 16949, ISO 9001 และข้อกำหนดลูกค้า (CSR)

4. สามารถอ่านแบบ Drawing ทางวิศวกรรม และเข้าใจกระบวนการผลิต เช่น Stamping, Machining, Injection, Die Casting เป็นต้น

5. มีความเข้าใจด้าน Cost Structure, Cost Analysis และแนวคิด VA/VE

6. มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ

7. ใช้งาน Microsoft Excel ได้ดี (Pivot Table, Data Analysis) และมีประสบการณ์ใช้งานระบบ ERP เช่น SAP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

8. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับปานกลางถึงดี (ติดต่อประสานงาน Supplier ต่างประเทศได้)

9. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง กล้าตัดสินใจ ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันด้านต้นทุนและระยะเวลาได้ดี
